Mix crushed graham crackers, butter, and sugar together. Pour into a glass pie dish and press evenly around the bottom and sides. Bake for 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
While the crust is baking make the filling. Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest. Pour the filling into the crust, smooth the top then bake 15-20 minutes or until set!
Cool completely before covering and refrigerating.
Decorate with whipped cream and fresh lemon zest. Slice into pieces and serve!
