Ingredients

  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares or just use 4 oz chocolate chips, about 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Prepare 4 custard cups by spraying them with nonstick cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until butter is melted. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar and mix until well blended. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Add in flour.
  3. Divide evenly between prepared custard cups. Bake 13-15 minutes or until the sides are firm and the center is soft. Let the cakes stand for 1 minute before inverting cups and removing them. Serve warm with ice cream!
