INGREDIENTS⁠
8 cups rice Chex cereal⁠
1 cup chocolate chips⁠
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter⁠
1/4 cup salted butter⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla⁠
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar⁠
⁠
DIRECTIONS⁠
Measure out the cereal into a large bowl and set it aside.⁠
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla.⁠

Pour melted chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to coat. This may take a little bit of time.⁠
⁠
In a gallon size Ziploc bag, pour in 1 cup of powdered sugar, the cereal, and then the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake!⁠
⁠
Once well coated, dump out the muddy buddies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool to room temperature. Serve, or store and enjoy later!

INGREDIENTS⁠
3 tablespoons butter⁠
10 oz mini marshmallows 1 bag or approx 6 cups⁠
6 cups Rice Krispie cereal⁠
20 caramels unwrapped⁠
1 ½ tablespoons heavy cream⁠
coarse salt⁠
⁠
DIRECTIONS⁠
Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.⁠
⁠
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix in 4 cups of marshmallows and melt completely. Add in Rice Krispies and the other 2 cups of marshmallows. Mix until the 2 cups of marshmallows are melted slightly.⁠
⁠
Pour into sprayed pan and press Rice Krispies down evenly with silicon spatula.⁠
⁠
In a small, microwavable bowl, melt together caramels and heavy cream in 30-second increments. (It took us about 1 min 15 seconds total)⁠
⁠
Cut Rice Krispies into squares, place on parchment paper, and drizzle with melted caramel. If the caramel starts to set in the bowl before you can use it all up, place it in the microwave for a few more seconds to warm up!⁠
⁠
After caramel is drizzled onto squares, sprinkle with course salt.

No flour needed for this indulgent cake! Recipe below…. So save this post for when you need a chocolate fix. 😍

INGREDIENTS
4 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt not needed if you are using salted butter

For the whipped cream-
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cake pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter together, stirring every 20-seconds. Once completely melted and smooth, stir in sugar and vanilla. Then one at a time, mix in the eggs. Sift cocoa powder into the batter with a sprinkling of salt and gently stir.

Pour batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top and bake 20-25 minutes. Serve warm without whipped cream or cool completely before topping.

For the Whipped Cream
Whip all ingredients together until stiff. Top cooled caked with whipped cream.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Set an 8- to 10-inch cast iron skillet inside for 5 minutes to heat up.⁠

Melt the butter in the hot pan, spreading to coat the bottom and sides. Pour in the chocolate chips, then top with an even layer or marshmallows.⁠
⁠
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, just until the marshmallows are toasted on top. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.⁠
